I tried being vegetarian once. Didn't work out.

My stepdaughter should be vegetarian but she likes meat too much.

And I still can't think of a way to put that without it sounding dirty.

I agree in part, though. Cutting fast carbs seems to be a really good idea.
Who said anything about eating Soy?

And since you brought God into it, the Bible states in Genesis that Man was created NOT to eat Meat, it was only after Man sinned that God left him make his own way.

Now I don't believe in the above, I believe in Science and Science is becoming pretty unequivocal on the damage meat and dairy do to the body. I've also just started reading Scott Jurker (Ultramarathon runner) book, he's plant based and manages more than well on that diet.

Mostly people seem pretty ignorant about their diets though, how much protein you need etc etc.

Eat what you like and enjoy.

I cannot imagine a plant based diet, not enough good tasting plants out there. Lol

I dont eat a ton of meat though either.

So if you don't eat plants and animals what do you eat?

Cereal, bread, cheese, yogurt, some fruit. Kind of limited to what I can take to work, needs to be quick, and easy to eat on the go.
