Buying a second home in the uk
 

Hello so Im British, Partner Canadian . Been in Ontario for 10 years.

I am also a canadian citizen .

WE are thinking of buying an apartment in the uk, to use just for us a few months of the year, like a snowbird. Has anyone done this?. if so any advice and the pitfuls
