British weather?

UK WEATHER

In deference to The Archbishop of Canterbury, and The Royal Commission
for Political Correctness, it was announced today that the local climate
should no longer be referred to as 'English Weather', (or even Irish,
Scottish or Welsh) but rather than offend a sizable portion of the
population, it should be referred to as 'Muslim Weather' In other words
. . . partly Sunni, but mostly Shi'ite.. :)

I'm offended because it's totally unfunny and old and tired as Uncle Ramadan Piwallalah's pit boots.

It appears we have a rather dull moderator who can't quite grasp satire. Although by leaving the first post in place they have demonstrated a gift for irony.
