Oh I really do know the difference. I got the recipe from my family. Did they also tell you to use white pepper not black? A bit of sugar and a bit of vinegar, butter if youre feeling swanky.

Crikey, how do you remember that? I was only brought up there, Co Durham born to Co Durham family. It's like being an immigrant, you take much of your foods and values from your parents.
