I had the same issue so I just called them and booked instead. I also found this easier as the ticket menu didn`t give a map of the seating and there were a fair few with the same ticket value.

Looks like there will be a few of us seeing him in Calgary.

We always stay in downtown hotels so we can walk to the shows and down to the harbourfront. Have a look on eg Expedia to get prices. We have stayed at the Cambridge Suites, Delta Barrington and The Radisson - all nice
