Gas prices can't make their mind up, spastic they are.

Is that for Regular or Premium? My car takes premium so that hurts even more but if I was going to the office then I take transit from a park and ride so 95% of my journey is by transit.

It was 1.75 for the mid grade, and 1.84 for the premium stuff. This was at a Shell station.

1.49 for regular, 1.55 for mid, 1.57 for premium here (SW Ontario) according to GasBuddy.

I don't actually know the price, I just put $20 in and hope it lasts long enough.

The refinery in Burnaby that provides roughly 33% of the lower mainland's fuel is out of crude oil and has stopped processing and gone into standby mode,.

Thank goodness I live miles away from the chaos that will ensue over the coming days. I can't be dealing with gas station punch ups at my age.

Prices are getting so high in parts of California, people are waking up to empty gas tanks and a hole in their gas tank, parts of California have gone over $6 per US gallon, which has never happened, and people are flipping out so much, Biden is tapping into the US oil reserve to try and flood the market to lower prices.

I don't know about in BC, but the rest of us may want to wait a day or so to fill up. Gas prices are expected to drop .10 or .11 on Sunday

May not change much in the Lower Mainland of BC right now, gas stations are prohibited from 'gouging' during the state of emergency, I have not seen prices this stable in 20 years. No doubt they won't go down either!

Looks like prices are increasing in Vancouver, steady in Abbotsford and decreased a bit in Victoria




Kelowna area is in the 1.52-1.55 range.

I took $110 worth. Since the last time I fuelled up they built a little pot store in there! Because one of their competitors is Save-On Gas, I think that's pretty funny.
