Hopefully in an IT related field, I realise that I may be in my 40s before I get into a position of actually thinking of moving to Canada, I have seen the many threads that it can take up to 4 years to get residency. I'll see what happens in the next 2 to 4 years and take it from there. Ideally I would like to get a lot more experience under my belt here in the UK, which may help me in the long run.

Just been confirmed on the news - southern vancouver island had a 3.6 shaker this afternoon...it wasnt just my imagination! ;)
