Fantastic live pictures from a bald eagle nest on Hornby Island, BC. The eagles are expected to lay eggs in the next couple of weeks.

There is even sound!

Hornby Island is just off the coast of Vancouver Island in the Straits of Georgia.

There was a webcam from an eagles nest in BC a couple of years ago that I used to watch, but this one is much better quality.:thumbsup:

This is another live webcam at Sidney, Vancouver Island.

One of the adults is staying in the nest - perhaps sitting on eggs?

I think they have technical problems with one camera at Hornby Island:(

The other link I gave to the camera at Sidney is working:thumbsup: The eagles there are sitting on three eggs that will hatch at the beginning of April:)
