My for sale board went up today.

We had held back for ages as we had a private buyer who said they wanted our house, they told us last week they had changed their minds.

The good news is that within 4 hours of the board going up we have had 3 enquiries and it's not even on the internet yet.

Well I shall keep my fingers crossed for you Lynn, but just how soon do you want it to sell? Are you prepared if it doesn't take long?

I am terrified. But I figure even if we are lucky enough to get an early offer, the sale would take a couple of months to go through. I should have my LMO long before then and so we will just come.

We could come out for a week next month if we had to but if we haven't bought a house we will just rent for a while.

I had planned to come in the summer but as time goes on I just want to get there as soon as we can.

We should have completed our house sale tomorrow but it has been delayed again, that's twice now, we'll hopefully find out what's going on tomorrow as the problem is further down the chain.
