Thanks so much for sharing, Siouxie! I'm a very quiet member on here but I received a huge amount of help from this forum when deciding to move out to Canada, completing the forms, and getting my PR card.
I've also just discovered that my photos are being published in tomorrow's Times, Guardian and Telegraph (with what I believe is a full-page spread in the Guardian). So I do have a question for the forum as well, which is, does anyone know where I can find UK newspapers for sale in downtown Vancouver, or nearby? |

I wonder if you contacted the newspapers concerned whether they would send you a free copy or 2? It's 'picture of the day' in The Telegraph - http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/pict...&frame=2719384 Did you give Barcroft Media consent to use and sell your photo? The Guardian 'rights' email. Congratulations! :) |

Where is the hill that just appears in the centre of the bottom photo? Is that on Vancouver Island?
