Pretty sure, from hazy memory, we did up to 14 times tables in Northern Ireland.

If only they had thought me rules like that at school! We just had to remember up to 12 X 12 parrot fashion. Deviating from the train tracks must have been too much like hard work for the teacher.

I do remember SNP maths cards (does anyone else) that came in those plastic boxes. The only reason kids got into those was because it was like a competition to see if you could progress onto the next box of cards.
