But not locally of course.

Does this mean we could afford our own skiis, or will we have to make do with welfare ones?

Your friend will have to live in Rosedale as there are currently no homes for sale in Moosonee.

However, to answer your question.

Welfare skiis are just normal skiis, without any jewel encusted adornment or being make of platinum as per Steve P's;)
