Hi,



I am in Sicily but figured it would be easier to ask you guys what are the preferred routes to get to SIcily as there is only an ITALIAN forum and the question is not relevant to over 90% of them



I have a car here and am thinking driving to the port then a foot passenger?

I hope someone might have done this journey a few times and may advise

I'm kind of confused as to what you're asking. Do you mean you have a car in MALTA or in SICILY? Are you looking for a Malta-Sicily journey (or vice versa) or a Mainland Italy-Sicily journey? Either way, the ferry companys website for Sicily-Malta and back is here: http://www.virtuferries.com/

Ah I already sorted it.. i was in a hurry when i wrote this and had a sore head from looking at spreadsheets

My intention was to fly form Scotland to malta then make my way back to Catania in Sicily.

I have a car here and just for future reference was wondering if someone might offer info on how this journey goes.

I have now booked a different route so it is not so important now.
