Setting Up A Tea/Coffee Shop
 

Hi I am interested in running a high end tea/coffee shop, as I have been to Malta 6 times in the last 3 years its a place where I want to retire eventually. Has anybody got any info or experience in setting up a shop anywhere in Malta could you pass on some advice please. Example is it better to lease or buy outright shop premises. Also does anybody have any advice on franchises in Malta. Many Thanks.
