Default Civil Unions Bill Update

For all interested, here is an update on the civil unions bill. (Not a good one ) http://www.timesofmalta.com/articles...ns-bill.512305

Over-catholic Maltese president refusing to sign it into law. He is out of office soon so they are just waiting him out. The new president that is to be sworn in claims she has no issues with signing it, despite her catholicism.
