Best place to find rental properties in St Julians/Gzira are
Last time I was in Malta was shown around by one of the leading estate agents but wasn't that impressed with the value on offer - I was looking for a studio or one-bed within thirty minutes walk of the promenade for 300-350 euro a month but the closest they got was a reasonable one-bedder not far from Paceville for 450 euro a month on a standard six month let.
Is there a local newspaper with direct listings from landlords or a good internet site?

A lot of landlords put their properties on maltaparks.com if you look at property section, long let there are a few.
