Hi,

I have researched on line the Venice Hills Condos and there seems to be an awful lot of available units at highly negotiable prices, be it, for rental or for purchase. Does anyone have up to date information as to why this is the case?. Usually such flexibility denotes a very soft market for renting and purchasing or a potential problem/blight associated with this area or the development itself.

Any insights would be gratefully received and of course are without prejudice:thumbsup: etc!!
