I think it is allowed to sell it in Changi, the doubt is whether you can bring it through Malaysia Customs duty free. Would they not still sell it anyway? I never know whether duty free shops are supposed to know the duty free restrictions in all other countries. I guess Malaysia being its nearest neighbour you would think they will be aware of what is allowed of course.
That's why they always want to see your passport and boarding pass at Changi.

You can travel by Bus (Aeroline, Konsortium, etc), Flight (MAS, AirAsia, Jetstar, Malindo, Fireflyz) or Train (KTM)

aeroline is booked for when I come over at end of the month so looking forward to seeing a wee bit of Singapore when I come over

well folks I am back home now, we did the aeroline bus and it was great, seats were very comfy, the travel back was too long tho for a weekend away (9 hours) other than that I would do it again, and will definitely visit Singapore again it was fab
