Tax rebate
 

I filed my tax return earlier this year (on time), and should have been due a hefty rebate. I haven't received anything though and haven't heard anything from the tax office. I know many locals I work with received the rebate very quickly. When I asked my HR department I was told I won't receive it until I leave the country at the end of my contract, but other people have told me this isn't true. Does anyone know if I should get it or not, and can I do anything about it?
