Having worked in both 30 ish years ago i'd say they weren't holiday destinations but I do wonder if they've changed.

Haven't gone yet, if we go it would be October or November...
The resort at KK is the main destination but if we already are there, we may as well tick off Labuan and Brunei from our bucket list :-)
