Hi
I normally post in USA and sometimes here.
The OH and I go back and forth with a poss move to Nusajaya / JB and I was wondering if anyone could give me an idea of average rents for expat type properties in Nusajaya.
A quick internet search brought up properties ranging from RM 2000 to 12500! So we're kind of confused. I guess we would want to go into employer negotiations knowing what the "average" expat stipend for housing would be. I know education is separate to that,
If anyone could give me some advice I would be grateful. Or could anyone recommend an estate agent / realtor that handles expat relocations that would be cool.
