Police Character check

Does anyone know how to obtain a character certificate/background check here in Malaysia for next employer?

I haven't done it but here is some information:

On that ekonsular website front page (http://www.kln.gov.my/web/guest/home) there is an email address to contact for information on the Certificate of Good Conduct also.
