Penang: Need to rent land w home. Near Penang
 

Nearby on the mainland is OK too
At least an acre, area suitable and OK for horses, want to have a small boarding facility.
Hard to find any realtors that want to find land.

I guess just drive around and leave notices at properties that look interesting Any areas to recommend?
I looked at Google map and seems the southe west corner of hte island has homes wiht land adjacent, any comments?

Hi Kappa and welcome to BE. Yeh not sure where to look but there's certainly more space down in the south-west of the island and some parts of the west coast. I guess go take a look and ask around. I think (and not 100percent sure, maybe someone will correct me if wrong) that that area is predominantly Malay, certainly a lot quieter than the North. In the North and other parts of the island, it is predominantly Chinese racially, but you probably already know that.
