Penang Apartment Rentals
 

Hi all,

wife and I recently moved from England to KL with MM2H scheme.

thinking about renting a fully furnished apartment in Penang for year or two, before settling in bungalow in Kedah.

Could someone say wheres good in Penang , but not expensive area.. if can get a rm1000-rm1200 would be fine.a small place would do.maybe near to shopping area or not too far.any places to definitely avoid?

I think you would probably get a smaller and older condo unit for that price. Eden Fairway springs to mind. We had a thread on here recently. If you go bring up the Malaysia index and put Eden in the search box, it should come up.

It really depends what you like of course.
