Hi
I am a 3DCAD design engineer currently residing in KL, my secondment is coming to an end but I am very keen on opportunities in Asia. Can anyone point me in the direction of good contacts/consultancies or agencies?
Many thanks

I've been out of work area for a little while but this smacks of crap quite frankly. We were in petroleum business and did a lot of work on the peninsula (west malaysia) and even up the more islamic eastern side Kuantan etc and my OH used to enjoy a beer or three up there too.

Hi prep1979, I am currently involved in the Oil and Gas industry with a current focus in Malaysia. My best advice is to register with LinkedIn (which I call “Jobs R Us”) and put your cv in your profile then join all the groups dealing with jobs in the oil and gas industry and in Malaysia. I think most, if not all, the agencies post jobs there and it is a useful “one stop shop” for jobs. You will also be able to connect to people you know and in that way “network” your needs.
