no wonder people thought I was talking rubbish!
Ok, so now I get why people looked at me like I was mad or lying!
Transferring money from the UK to Malaysia.
Go into bank, ask for TT, realise you don't have all the details. Go home get more info, find out IBAN, BIC and SWIFT codes, get bank addresses, home addresses,go back to bank spend 3 hours doing paperwork. Pay exorbatant fees. 10 days later the money arrives in the bank in Malaysia
