Malaysian banks lend to non-residents??

A long shot but, does anyone know of any Malaysian banks who consider lending to non-residents to buy property or land?

Many thanks

Yes, almost most Malaysian banks will do so provided that you meet the financial requirements, things like sufficient monthly income for mortgage payment. However, the bank only offers up to 70%-80% of the purchasing price. Also, foreigners are only allowed to purchase property with value RM500,000 and above.
