British Expats - Finding work in KL/advice please

Hello all,

I am moving to KL in 2 months and am trying to figure out what the are some of the best ways to find work. I have found numerous job websites but in my experience those are just a work&time invested/low return.

So my question is, does anybody need a 28y old female experienced in sales/marketing? :) I work in upper management here in Europe but would be willing to start at something a bit lower with a lower salary. I just want to work!

Also, if you have any advice on where I should look or suggestions on some websites do let me know, I will greatly appreciate it.

Also, one more question..as I probably will have to live off of my savings for a bit until I find a job and get settled could you maybe recommend cheaper neighborhoods to stay in?

Finally, how necessary is it to have a car in KL? Seems quite so but could one survive just on public transportation?
