Am looking for someone to come to my house to make blackout curtains, does anyone have anyone they can recommend ?

I know an old established company in Penang but I guess that is not going to be very useful for you.
We have a few posters in and around KL, so hopefully someone will give you a name

SSF, the home living store, has lots of stores in Malaysia and does both ready made and custom made curtains at competitive prices.

Try Home's Harmony. I buy most of our bed sheets, mattress protectors, curtain materials there (Pg Gurney). They have many outlets in KL and Klang Valley.
