Cheap studios in KL, visas and tax?
 

I am looking for a long term rental for a studio apartment in central KL, below 1000RM, don't need much luxury but has to be safe and liveable. No idea where to start or how much deposit I would have to pay or if it is even possible in this price range.

Secondly, I am British and get 90 days on arrival without any kind of visa - are there limits on how many times I can come and go in a year or any implications for tax if I stay more than six months in a tax year (income from USA, SIngapore and UK not Malaysia).
