My partner has recently been offered a job in Kuala Lumpur. I am a registered paediatric nurse with 3 years experience of working in children's surgical and currently a neonatal unit. I have looked on the Malaysian Nursing Board's website for info about foreign nurses. It appears that I need to apply for a Temporary Practice Certificate which allows me to work for a year? Does anyone have any further information or advice? Also where to look for nursing jobs in Kuala Lumpur. The hospital websites do not provide any information about careers. I am 27 and have a degree in child health nursing, registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council UK.

Hi There,
I'm afraid that I cannot give any input on this, however, we've had some similar posts previously. I hope some of these posters will come along soon to provide more detail. Also worth using the search function to see what comes up. Good luck!
