I noticed some building development work is going at Batu Ferringhi, on a small piece of land between the Rasa Sayang hotel and the Army Camp - more or less opposite the Bayu Ferringhi condo.

A local rumour-monger says it's going to be a 15 storey hotel. Anyone know more?

I also saw the new Subway at the Petronas petrol station is advertising for a Sandwich Artist. For goodness sake!

That must be their worldwide branding, there's one opening near me and the advert for staff on a local Facebook page uses the same pretentious terminology, there's been significant piss taking from the residents.
