hi ,
penang guys ,
have a look at this link, these condos look very safe , and theres seems every thing there for an expat life ,
my questions, does any one know the area where they will be built, and what do you guys thing about buying into these condos, ???????
and allso do you need to be on the mm2h program to buy a condo in penang, ????????

Thien Teik Farlim is over in Ayer Itam area preferred by lower to mid range income local population. MM2H participants can buy properties above rm250k,but for foreigners is min. rm500k/property.
Looks like a very high density complex 4 sharing the facilities!
