An interesting article from The Edge Property magazine. It looks like the oversupply is denting values in many areas. Not at all surprising if you see the number of units being built all over KL.

I also just noticed the rents are going down in my condo and the one next to it as well. There should be little reason for property prices in KL to be high since the population density is so low and there is a lot of available land.
