Watched a bit of the moguls yesterday and saw a bit of the female slopestyle which sounded like it was a mega balls up.... send the ladies out to try and drop some decent tricks off the big hits in 40km + wind..... fail!

As an BTW if any of you have been through a decent snow park, the Olympics ones are even bigger. When I was working as a lift operator in Colorado years ago I went through the Olympic snow park a few days after the Olympics had finished. Bugger me, the super pipe was mahoosive!

Curling has been quite fun. Still not sure about the mixed doubles format, does seem a bit contrived.

After helping to do the ice before, I can certainly appreciate the skill and effort that goes into that kind of quality of ice they put together...world away from arena ice.

The speed skating was fun too, but shame about the Brit.

Isn't BBC America showing the darts now?

You may be right. I haven't watched BBC America in ages so I'll have to check.

The Aus coverage has been bad. The free to air channel that has the rights is only showing sport on one of their channels and spend most of the time sport is on spruiking their pay to view app (the reviews for which make it sound terrible - it doesn't even support Chromecast). There's been zero explanation about any of the sports (the Beeb used to explain points/judging systems, as I recall, which made it easier to understand what the hell you were watching). And they're really only showing sports that have an Australian competing - which has meant endless repeats of the men's moguls because Matt Graham won silver, even when live sport is on. It's infuriating.
