Unless it's a brand new member .... that train has already left the station. The stalker, er I mean stirrer, tends to "lose touch" with people on a regular basis.

Standard behavioral pattern. Re-appear after a long absence. Appear sickly sweet...especially to new members to gain sympathy. Then start playing the victim...usually using a third party to deflect any blame. Then when the going gets tough disappear again...until the next time...
