First music from Bowie in 10 years. Yes, he sounds older - but he's . Will have to wait for the rest of the album to see if his voice has any power left in his voice, but it's good to hear from him.

I have to say I was impressed with the repair man at the gym this morning who - whilst lying down on the ground fixing a treadmill with his gut hanging out - very contentedly told the woman he was chatting to that they both know they're going to get donuts after their done, but he didn't have to do anything silly like running first.

An email blasting out the helpful message "Lose two stone in two weeks!" Great..I weigh about seven stone at the moment, so I could really do with losing the excess weight!
