I've got a cold and it's throwing my sleep pattern out of sync. I keep waking up early sniffling, sneezing and weezing and can't get back to sleep...the night before I woke up at 1 am.

I can relate, but not with sniffing and sneezing. Two bad shoulders that result in pinched nerves in my arm pits that either cause excruciating pain or put my arms to sleep and almost paralyze them. I often end up getting out of bed in the wee hours and walk around, trying to rotate the shoulders to relieve the pinching. Annoys the hell out of me.
