Its business (mid week) and I use Price Line all the time, never had a problem with room requests they normally ask at the front desk, and if I am travelling alone I just say "what ever is easiest for you as long as it's quiet", PL might say you cannot request a certain room type but when you check in they do ask then, when I had the ex BF travel with me I would call ahead to the specific hotel and make a request I have never been let down yet

always specify your requirements at bidding page... I have used Priceline for ever (since they started) for cars,hundreds of hotel rooms and airfares. The one problem I had wasn't their fault and when brought to their attention, was rectified.
