What made you smile today? Part III

Having spent the morning burning calltime, speaking to the Covid booking service, the local pharmacy, my GP practice, Suffolk GP federation, Ipswich hospital, etc., etc. and getting absolutely nowhere, my neighbour knocked on the door with some cake (yes Nutek, cake!). He's an anaesthetist at the hospital, so I expressed my frustration at the vax service - and within 5 minutes, he had details of a walk-in at the Hospital on Wednesday (not showing for me on either the National or Local website) and the name of the clinician, who had my details - so although it's not an appointment, it's the next best thing.
As the old saying goes, it's not what you know but.........

We (well, Mrs. N.) got Buster a few years ago. She grew up with horses, I did not (city boy). Mrs N. can/does ride Buster but Ruby has a bad back and cannot be ridden. Ruby is a rescue we got to keep Buster company and give him someone to play with.
Dunno on average Vet bill... Not too bad over all, though there is a callout fee of course.

I also used my new bus pass to venture deeper into the morass of Ipswich and then escape back to civilization - FREE!!!!
Things are almost looking up
