I shall follow Lion's UK culinary adventures with attention and try to tick off a few more requests when I am there in September/October all being well. Lion could always delegate some of the calories to the Little Lion as I'm sure he will burn them off in short order.

On my list is a portion of UK Chinese chippy deep fried crispy beef in chilli sauce, just can't get it quite as my taste buds desire anywhere near us, also Holland's peppered steak pie.
