As soon as it was announced it was given the Order of the Click.I was allowed to stay up as a youngster to listen to Paul Temple, which I found pretty scary. I can still hear the theme tune now …...

I loved Alistair Cooke's 'Letter from America' Just to hear those mellow tones winging their way across the water,ahhhhh . He made you feel that the world was ok. Odd to think that his old home town of Salford is now where the BBC resides.

Cross-fertilization from "What has p*ssed you off today"....................... my appointment letter and Klean-Prep arrived today.
