What made you smile today? Part III

The husband. He doesn't text much, gets irritated by the touch screen and big fingers. Anyway he texted me this morning asking a dumb question. I replied 'Oh ffs, no I haven't done it yet, it's 7am.' Got a text back saying 'What's Ffs?' I replied 'For ****s sake.' He messaged back 'For ****s sake what? What have I done? I only asked what it meant.'.

My oldest sister had her last breast cancer treatment in 2015. On Tuesday, she had a 'suspicious' mammogram result followed by biopsy. All 4 of us (my 3 sisters and I) have had a running private conversation going on FB as we've waited, waited, waited for the results. We've said things that should never be repeated, and most probably won't
All clear, f'n scar tissue. Not so much smiling as a bit shaky with relief! I wonder if 9am is too early for a wee brandy?

Congrats to your sister, such a relief.
