Update.....we managed to get maybe 2 inches of snow. However it is now covered with a thick (2cm?) layer of ice.....pretty dismal

Bizarre-yucky Monday, and started out foggy and then burned off Tues afternoon. Foggy and rain this am and then the sun came out and it's 74.

At the moment I'm sat on the 5th floor of my wifes building looking out over lake michigan, it's frozen. As far as the eye can see, I see ice.

I went down to one of the beaches the other day there and the ice pack was 4 feet high above the normally water table, you could hear the waves washing back and forth under the ice!

Lake effect snow expected, anything up to a foot in Northern Indiana, a few inches here... love it

Not bad at all really...was supposed to be 20F but was 32 instead and the huge amount of snow wasn't bad either, only a couple or so inches of the stuff...

But then again, it was 47F yesterday and sweat your sack off kind of weather.

Below freezing. You could do Lasik eye surgery with my nipples it's so cold.

Anyway, so cold that I might even get one of these.

It is colder than a witch's pectoral right now, enhanced by the fact the heat has gone off in our building. Also, we have no hot water heater (never had) so it's a thrill and a half washing your hands.
