hot and humid....but it's been hot and damp, had quite a lot of thunder and rain lately.

Over the last week, lots of hot, humid, thunder storms...today, it's been quite lovely though, mid 80's

We lucked out-in spite of off and off monsoons yesterday, the new weather system waited until it was into SC before it became a full fledged tropical storm.

Weather around your neck of the woods...
Well it looks like it's gonna be a hot one here in Kansas City. About 101 degrees (heat index) or 38 C. Thank goodness for the AC and covered parking. I'd be melting all over the asphalt outside if it weren't for that. Should cool off though with some wicked thunderstorms and monster hail. Sounds like good reading weather to me. Oh also a good reminder to get some lemons for some fresh lemonade.

You like the heat huh? Not me, I told hubby if ND gets any warmer I'll have to take summers in Alaska 
August is deffinately our hottest month and I'm not looking for to it. But You have a nice few 'dog days' this August. I'll be happiest when it's negative 40
