Default Is portsmouth rough?

I saw a documentary on Portsmouth the other day. It's obviously a naval city, but then is it really a hard/rough place? And do people really get "Pompey spots"?

Its a typical south coast town, has rough bits, has posh bits, also has a large number of average bits

It's pretty much like any other Garrison town in the UK except they have longer side burns and struggle marching any distance longer thant the length of a ship.....

Considering the OP made one post in 2012 and then started again now it's probably safe to say it's a wind up.

No, I'm sure it's just coincidence that LiW called the OP out on something and then a couple days later the OP picked on Portsmouth.

But my son doesn't even have any tattoos.

He did think about getting one for a while, but it was only a small line drawing of a Chihuahua (long story), no spots, and he decided against it anyway.
