A local Cattery has a central kitchen so the cats can come out of their cubicles and stretch their legs. They have a dining table and chairs in wicker just for the cats to scratch and rub against. It's perfect for them.

Yes, tiny babies arrived Wednesday evening. Poor girl struggled and motherhood/labour is not her thing. First one out got dumped whilst she moved to a different nest, second one all good, third one was hard, she howled a lot and contractions went on for a while and poor little thing was still born. Four and five were easy. All a bit more convoluted than that but we now have three greys and one champagne.

Tiger's kids are now walking albeit wobbly and look huge in comparison to these little ones. Here's Atlas (the smallest of the first litter) and a newbie.

Oh they're adorable!
Our local shelter is finally opening up adoptions, but it's zoom meetings and contactless pick up, so even less idea if the cat will like you and they pick what they think will fit you based on application questionnaire rather than you picking right now.
Our guy is still a little sad without his nemesis, but we're still not sure if we're ready for a second cat.

The big kids are stumbling all over the place. All named. Ginger is Pimms, Champagne is Moet - currently with slightly crossed eyes, may sort itself out, Dilute is Jupiter, Grey is Atlas, Torti with the white goggles is Rigby and the other is Piano. Have also broken my unwritten law and named the little ones before eyes and ears open. Champagne is Charlie, Grey 1 is Vida, Grey 2 is Gibb and Grey 3 is Ducky. Their mum was a bit rough with them to begin with and had no issues throwing them at me. Poor little Charlie ended up with the tip of her tail broken - about 1cm. It finally came off on Wednesday so it's a bit stumpy but should look fine once it all heals up and fur grows back. Moet and Charlie met for a sniff.
