Default Irish dancing?

Going back to the UK on holiday in August and spending a week in Ireland, going to wedding in Derry, got two nights in Dublin , a night in Ballywalter and lastly 2 free nights winging it. Wondered where peeps would suggest we go to see authentic Irish dancing?

You might see some at the wedding that you're going to. Otherwise, get some of the locals drunk in the pub.
