Does anyone have any recommendations on International SIPP providers? (Or ones to avoid!). I am planning setup one up from Canada and transfer my UK based Standard Life pension to it. I need one who'll allow me to manage my investments (in OEICs and ETFs) and setup payments to UK or Canadian banks. (Standard Life will only allow me to take it as an annuity or as a lump sum given the plan I'm on - UGH). All info great fully received! Thanks in advance.

Thanks but its not specifically Canada orientated. Anyone who is an expat in any country may be able to help. Is there a more general forum which would apply?

Sound like you know what you are doing but if you take a lump sum you will end up paying 40% in tax.

Not sure if you can transfer a SIPP so probably be worth contacting an IFA. May also be worth checking out this site https://www.pensionsadvisoryservice.org.uk/
