Is that bare road with snow, amazing! Clearing a street that well is not something that most city's in Canada do well....:rofl: at least in my part of Canada.

It wasn't a lot of snow, and not that cold so the de-icer/snow melt worked really well. Around here, politicians' careers depend on keeping the roads open so it's a big priority. They almost always know when there's snow coming so they have the plows out salting the streets before the first flakes fall. With a big storm it wouldn't be that clear though it takes a lot to shut Chicago down in winter.

It's not as good here, sometimes they wait until the snow stops to begin clearing it, and then usually just select roads...ha ha

It can be relative to what your used to, 30c in parts is pretty hot and miserable, but then we are not as adapted to such temps, spending majority of the year well below 30c, but then someone like my mom from Palm Springs will find 30c a rather comfortable day...ha ha

33F currently 1 degree above freezing.
